Summer Sun!

I chose to do this portrait to experiment with light and shadows. I loved the way the light bounces off of her face. This was definately the most fun so far.

Wedding Anniversary

My gift to my mom and her husband for their 3rd Anniversary. What a joy to know that they are happy. I chose to do this portrait so that I could give them something that they would not have done themselves. This oil on stretched canvas is 16x20 and framed with an oak frame.

Beautiful Fran

The beauty of a wedding! To capture the softness and "love" that was present on that special day. To see that life was only of that moment in time. What a beautiful memory. Having a portrait done of yourself when you feel the most beautiful. Creating an heirloom for your children, family and/or loved ones. This portrait is of "Fran" thinking of her "Prince Charming". Captured in oils on a 16x20 stretched canvas. This portrait currently hangs at Wedding Traditions in Warsaw, Indiana.

Study of Leaf

The beauty of flowers is nothing new, but the beauty within a leaf is not always seen. I felt that the leaf deserved some attention and center stage if even for just a moment. I loved the way that the leaf actually takes the attention away from the flower. This painting is done in oils on an 8x10 artist panel.
Available unframed $50

Climbing
